TERMS OF USE

Agreement to these Terms


Leakpin is provided by an individual developer operating under the Google Play developer name A13eta Labs, based in Türkiye ("developer," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern the Leakpin Android application and related support services (the "Services"). A13eta Labs is the developer name used on Google Play; these Terms do not represent that the individual developer is an incorporated company. Contact us at a13etalabs@gmail.com.


By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services. Leakpin is intended for adults aged 18 or older. You must be at least 18 and have the legal capacity to use the Services and make purchases. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive. Agreement to these Terms does not replace consent that must be obtained separately for personal information processing.

1. OUR SERVICES AND REMINDERS


Leakpin helps you record subscriptions, payment dates, and recurring expenses; review spending and potential savings; and receive local reminders. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.


Recording, editing, archiving, or deleting a third-party subscription in Leakpin does not create, change, pay for, or cancel that subscription. Cancellation links may direct you to a provider, but you must complete cancellation with that provider and verify the result.


You are responsible for reviewing and updating dates, amounts, billing cycles, and other information you enter. Receipt scanning can produce incomplete or incorrect results; review recognized information before saving it. Currency conversions, spending estimates, health scores, and savings opportunities are informational estimates based on available data and the app's calculation rules. They do not establish actual charges or guarantee savings.


The app supports reminders before recorded payment dates, including 7, 3, and 1 day before, subject to enabled settings and applicable scheduling conditions. Delivery depends on permissions, device and operating-system behavior, battery restrictions, the recorded dates, and other technical conditions. Reminders are an aid and are not guaranteed to arrive at a particular time or in every circumstance. Keep an independent record of important payment deadlines. These reminders do not replace Google Play's billing notices for your Leakpin Premium purchase.


2. FREE AND PREMIUM FEATURES


Leakpin offers free features and optional Premium (Pro) features. A paid subscription or free trial is not required to use the available free features. The app describes the applicable features and limits before purchase. Availability may depend on app version, device, region, and store availability.


Premium purchases through Google Play are verified using Google Play and RevenueCat. Internet access may be required for purchase verification and restoration. Access depends on the verified purchase status. Expiry, a refund, revocation, or another applicable store action may affect access. Cancelling renewal does not ordinarily remove access to a period already paid for. When Premium access ends, the free plan's limits apply.


Premium removes displayed banner advertising; it does not disable purchase verification or every external service described in the Privacy Policy. Complimentary access separately granted by the developer is not a Google Play purchase and does not itself create a charge or automatically renewing subscription.


3. PURCHASES, ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND FREE TRIALS


Android purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to its applicable terms. Before confirming, review the selected product, localized price, currency, billing period, renewal terms, applicable taxes, and offer conditions shown in the app and Google Play checkout. Prices may vary by region. The checkout shows the terms for your specific purchase. Changes to existing subscription prices are subject to applicable law and Google Play's notice and consent requirements.


Annual Premium subscription. This plan is billed annually and renews automatically each year unless renewal is cancelled through Google Play before the next charge. The annual charge and renewal information are displayed before purchase.


Seven-day free trial — annual plan only. The seven-day free trial is offered only with the annual Premium subscription and only when Google Play determines that you are eligible and presents that offer for your purchase. It is not a separate free product and is not guaranteed for every user. Unless you cancel through Google Play before the trial ends, it converts automatically to a paid annual subscription at the annual price disclosed before confirmation. It then renews annually unless cancelled. If the trial is unavailable to you, any annual purchase starts on the paid terms displayed at checkout. You can continue using the available free features without starting a trial.


Lifetime Premium. This is a one-time purchase of ongoing Premium access, with no recurring subscription charge. It does not include the seven-day trial. It does not automatically cancel an existing annual Premium subscription. If you already hold an annual subscription, manage its renewal separately in Google Play to avoid an unwanted renewal charge. Service changes remain subject to Section 8 and applicable consumer rights.


A pending payment does not necessarily grant Premium access immediately. If a purchase or verification fails, review your Google Play purchase status before attempting another payment, and contact support if access remains missing.


4. CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, AND RESTORING PURCHASES


To manage or cancel an annual subscription or its trial, open Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Leakpin, and follow the instructions. Alternatively, use Google's subscription management page: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Use the Google account that made the purchase. The app's subscription-management option also directs eligible annual subscribers to Google Play.


Uninstalling Leakpin, deleting its data, or archiving a record does not cancel your annual Premium subscription. Cancellation generally stops the next renewal while preserving access for the period already paid for. Access may change following a refund, revocation, or another applicable store action. For a trial, follow the access and cancellation conditions shown by Google Play. The one-time Lifetime purchase has no recurring renewal to cancel.


Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions. Refund eligibility is governed by applicable consumer law and Google Play's refund policies: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. We do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or exclude mandatory withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights. Contact us if you need purchase assistance; support contact alone does not cancel a subscription.


If purchased Premium access is missing, use Restore Purchases in Settings while signed into the purchasing Google account. An internet connection and a valid purchase may be required. Restoration reinstates eligible purchase access; it does not restore your locally stored subscription-tracking records, receipt images, or other app data. A Google Play purchase does not automatically grant access through another app store or platform.


5. YOUR DATA AND PRIVACY


You retain your rights to the records and other content you enter. You are responsible for having permission to enter information about other people. Personal information processing, service providers, advertising choices, retention, and deletion are described in the Leakpin Privacy Policy: https://leakpinapp.blogspot.com/p/privacy-policy.html.


Subscription-tracking records are stored on your device. Leakpin currently has no user-account, developer-operated cloud-sync, or in-app backup and restore feature for these records. Keep independent copies of important information. Operating-system backups may include app data according to your device settings, but we do not guarantee that they will recover your records. Clearing storage, uninstalling, losing a device, or changing devices may cause loss of local data.


Settings → Delete All Data deletes subscription-tracking records and the budget value and cancels related local reminders. It does not cancel paid subscriptions or necessarily erase preferences, operating-system backups, calendar events, emails, or provider-held purchase records. Your data protection and other mandatory rights remain unaffected.


6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND FEEDBACK


The software, original design, branding, and other developer-owned materials belong to the developer or their licensors. Third-party service names and logos belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.


Subject to these Terms, your purchase rights, and applicable law, you may use the app for its intended purposes. You may not redistribute or commercially exploit developer-owned software or branding without permission. This restriction does not claim ownership of your records or prohibit uses permitted by law or an applicable open-source licence.


If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve the Services without an obligation to pay you. You retain underlying rights in your material. Avoid including confidential or unnecessary personal information in optional feedback. The feedback feature opens your email application; send the message from that application if you wish to contact us.


7. ACCEPTABLE USE


Do not use the Services unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, introduce malicious software, interfere with normal operation, impersonate others, commit purchase fraud, or bypass access controls without authorization. Reverse engineering and interoperability activities remain permitted to the extent required by applicable law.


Legitimate criticism, good-faith support requests, accessibility tools, and lawful reporting of defects are not prohibited by these Terms.


8. CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY


Updates, maintenance, compatibility changes, technical failures, or external service outages may affect availability. We may improve or modify the Services subject to obligations concerning existing purchases and applicable law. Material reductions in paid functionality or discontinuation will be handled with the notice and remedies required by law. This clause does not permit us to disregard paid purchase rights.


When these Terms change, we will update the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.


9. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION


We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, unlawful use, or a security threat, to the extent technically possible and legally permitted. Where appropriate and feasible, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us about an error. Restrictions remain subject to applicable consumer rights.


You may stop using the app at any time. Separately cancel any annual subscription through Google Play if you want renewal to stop. Stopping use does not automatically erase information held by external providers.


10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY


We aim to provide a useful and reliable app but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, correct results from inaccurate input, or delivery of every reminder. Your agreements and payments with third-party subscription providers remain your responsibility.


To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where legally protected, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory guarantees and consumer remedies remain available.


11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES


The Services are provided by an individual developer based in Türkiye. Applicable law and the competent courts or consumer dispute bodies are determined by the rules applying to your circumstances. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or an exclusive foreign court, or deprive consumers of protections and remedies available under mandatory law.


You may contact us if you have a problem so we can try to resolve it. Doing so is voluntary, does not prevent use of a competent court, consumer authority, or other lawful remedy, and does not extend legal deadlines.


If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a provision does not automatically waive it.

  • Leakpin Pro Yıllık: 1 yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik modelidir. Satın alma işlemi Apple ID hesabınız üzerinden onaylandıktan sonra tahsil edilir.
  • 7 Günlük Ücretsiz Deneme: İlk defa abone olan kullanıcılara sunulan 7 günlük deneme süresi bittiğinde, abonelik iptal edilmediği takdirde yıllık abonelik ücreti Apple ID hesabınızdan otomatik olarak tahsil edilir. Kullanılmayan deneme süresi satın alma anında sona erer.
  • Otomatik Yenileme ve İptal: Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönem bitimine 24 saat kala hesabınızdan çekilir.
  • Aboneliği İptal Etme: Aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz zaman iPhone'unuzdaki Ayarlar > [Adınız] > Abonelikler menüsünden veya doğrudan Apple Abonelik Yönetim Sayfası üzerinden iptal edebilirsiniz.
  • Leakpin Pro Ömür Boyu: Tek seferlik yapılan bir ödemedir, otomatik yenilenmez ve sınırsız erişim sağlar.
